Billing questions
How does per-seat billing prorate?
Adding a seat mid-cycle is charged pro rata to the day. Removing one credits the remainder against your next invoice.
Can we pay by invoice?
Annual Business plans can pay by invoice on NET 30 terms. Everything else is card or ACH.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace drops to the free tier. Nothing is deleted and you keep read access to everything.
